Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band are back.
The band announced on Tuesday that they will embark on their first tour together since the 14-month Global River Tour, which began in 2016. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have finally reconnected. “Six years from now, I’m looking forward to our big, loyal fans next year,” Springsteen told a news conference. “And I look forward to sharing the stage with the legendary E Street Band once again. See you there, next year and beyond. ”
While US stadium dates have yet to be announced, the European Stadium Walk begins on April 28, 2023 in Barcelona, Spain. Planned European stops also include Dublin, Paris, Ferrara, Rome, Amsterdam, Landgraf, Zurich, Düsseldorf, Gothenburg, Oslo, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Vienna, Munich and Monza. Other cities and shows in the UK and Belgium will be announced at a later date.
Boss previously expressed plans for an E Street Band tour during SiriusXM’s E Street Radio appearance with Jim Rotholo in March. “We’re making our tour plans together, we’ll be there,” Springsteen said. “We hope to be there this year. I just didn’t have the confidence or wanted to give my audience a chance that everything would be okay, so we kept going for a while. But we are working on plans to put it all together.”
