A new prequel to the saga transformers
16 years after the release of the first work orchestrated by Michael Bay, the saga transformers keep going to the cinema. After directing five episodes of the series, the director handed over the director’s chair to Travis Knight (Kubo and the Magic Armor) in 2018 for the prequel Bumblebee. An ultra effective and captivating feature film, which recalled the glory days of the Amblin production house.
Now it’s the turn of Steven Caple Jr. (The earth, Creed II) to suggest a new confrontation between Autobots and Decepticons. AS Bumblebee, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts takes place before the adventures of Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) and Cade Yeager (Mark Wahlberg).
The film begins in 1994 and reveals the alliance between the Autobots and the Maximals, an ancient faction of robots, to counter the feared Unicron. Optimus Prime and Bumblebee are back in the new trailer for Transformers: Rise of the Beastswhich promises a gigantic battle.
Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback and Luna Lauren Vélez form the cast of the blockbuster. Peter Cullen, Ron Perlman, Michelle Yeoh, Pete Davidson and Peter Dinklage voice the Transformers.
