Scientists argue a lot about how much water our body really needs – 2 liters per day or some other amount. Some people find it hard to force themselves to drink a liter of water a day. And yet, it will not be superfluous to try to follow the standard formula: 30 ml of liquid per 1 kilogram of body weight per day. And most importantly, remember that many drinks do not saturate the body with fluid and, on the contrary, contribute to dehydration. These drinks include coffee, energy drinks and alcohol.
