MSNBC officially announces: Former White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki will join the cable network in the fall.
Psaki, who left the Biden administration earlier this month, will appear on NBC News and MSNBC’s television shows and broadcast later this year, presenting a program designed to air in early 2023.
Additionally, Psak will appear on both NBC and MSNBC Election Night broadcasts.
“Fact-based, thought-provoking conversations about big issues on the minds of people across the country have never been more important, and I am thrilled to be joining the incredible team at MSNBC,” Psaki said in a statement. “My time in government, from the White House to the State Department, and the previous years in national political campaigns, will solidify the thinking and perspective I bring to this next chapter. I hope to create a space on the broadcast where we can drill down to the facts, get to the issues that are causing the issues, and hopefully have fun along the way.”
