Luis Fonsi presents “Buenos Aires”, his long-awaited new song

Composed by Fonsi himself, Andrés Torres, Mauricio Rengifo and Keityn, “Buenos Aires” is the first single of what will be the new musical cycle of the singer-songwriter and producer, who explained the inspiration behind the song :

“Buenos Aires tells about this process of trying to forget that person you love and you realize that it is completely impossible to do so. It’s a mean song that speaks to you about that pain you feel when that person who means so much to you has already moved on,” he said.

And I add:When I started writing the song, it immediately transported me to Argentinian cumbia and it inspired me that the new songs that I’m going to release refer to some of the cities that have great meaning in my life and career. For me it’s very exciting because ‘Buenos Aires’ starts a new cycle of my music… I have a lot of songs to share and I’m happy that you’re accompanying me on this journey”.

The music video was shot in the city of Miami, last April and the idea for it was based on one of the infectious phrases from the song “Don’t take out the heart you steal”.
