Currently 52 years old, Mark Wahlberg had a successful career and participated in films such as The Departed (2006), Ted (2012) and Boogie Nights – Unlimited Pleasure (1997), but the actor thought he wouldn’t live that long and would die before 35.

During an interview with BBC in 2014, rescued by Cheat Sheet Showbiz, revealed how sure he was that he would die young. “I’ve just changed. For a while I never thought I’d make it to 35, but now that I’m here I’m enjoying life a lot more and I want to make it to 45 and 55,” she said.

I would also love to see my children grow up. But I feel like I’ve finally hit my stride. My confidence is higher because I’ve worked with great people.

“I’ve been very lucky to have learned from the best and I don’t think I’ve ever taken on more than I can handle. It’s always been about the work, so I put in what I put in,” he continued. Wahlberg. “I committed 110%, and when I finally looked up after working for so long, I realized the position I was in and I was thrilled.”

Certainly when I was younger I lived in the fast lane. I lost four friends my age in the last year alone. For a while I didn’t see that coming – I don’t know if it was just the way I saw life or the world, but now I love life and I’m enjoying it to the fullest.
