Villa Malena continues to captivate with his talent and versatility and presents “Thoughts”, his second studio album.
The album was recorded in Argentina and partly in Madrid, mixed in the United States and mastered in Chile, leaving tunes from different latitudes embodied in each song.
“The process of making the whole album took about two years, between the songs already written and the new songs released during the process. We started working with Renzo Lu in 2022. I wanted to start working on a project involving orchestral instruments and lots of strings, which is how songs like “Loving you is hit a wall” and “Película” were born, the artist recalls.
The first pieces of this material were “Pedazo De Cielo” and “Fuiste”, followed by “Cortaste toda la luz”, “I hate you” with the Spaniard Xavibo and “Necesito” with Luana, which They are already trampling the docks reinforcing this year the achievements of the young artist.
“I think this album is kind of a way to get inside my head and into the thousands of universes that can exist and co-exist within. And also the number of contradictions that this can generate. I accept contradictions and thoughts as a way to understand yourself, to grow, to change your mind and to understand the psyche of the world and the people around us,” he added.
