A new movie is coming to Netflix on November 17and given its trailer (at the top of the article), looks promising! The comedy Nouveau richenew production by Julien Royal after the series and then the film Passing throughit is worn by Nassim Lyes, Julien Royal’s favorite actor and recently seen in Farang by Xavier Gens, in which he demonstrated his great talent in breaking the red.
But in Nouveau richeif he were to also partly show his muscles, it is above all in a comic role that he seems to shine, opposite his partner Zoé Marchal who will also distribute blows everywhere.
In Nouveau riche, he plays Youss and she plays Stéphanie. He is a professional scammer and she is a millionaire. Finally, a cryptocurrency millionaire, which means nothing more than that… Youss is in debt. He then tries to get closer to Stéphanie. But he’s not the only one…

An extravagant casting for the disappointments of Nouveau riche
We recognize in these images the wild humor and the joyful messy energy that we found in Passing through. He sneaks and fights against the backdrop of a romantic comedy between the two main characters, with their own setting for the occasion a very nice cast.
In fact, we find Hedi Bouchenafa in particular, who formed the acting duo of Julien Royal’s previous productions with Nassim Lyes. But also prestigious guests such as Guillaume Canet, Panayotis Pascot, Kenza Fortas. Or MMA fighter Cyril Gane, Hakim Jemili and Gustave Kervern.
We can therefore prepare for a big second degree party, or even much more. Which is certified by a character in the film who declares at the very end of the trailer: “It’s for Netflix, it will be an amazing film“. We can’t wait to discover these “nouveau riche” in their crazy adventures.
