Creative Artists Agency has promoted six graduates of its CAA Elevate Agents and Executives training program to full-time agents.
Chris Burroughs becomes an agent for the Nashville music touring department. He joined CAA in 2018 as an assistant and previously interned at ole Publishing, Capitol Christian Music Group and Yep Roc Music Group.
Based in Los Angeles, new agent Inder Gill will work on the media finance team, focusing on presenting independently financed films. Gill, who started at the CAA Post Office in 2017, helped Anupa Tripat, who played Ali Abdul, in Netflix’s South Korean survival drama. Squid game.

And Cara Petty leads the Global Television Department as an agent, working with top international directors, writers, actors and producers such as Hwang Don-hyuk, Lee Myung-woo, Anupam Tripati, Rio Seung-wan and TAPAS MEDIA. Pete first worked at CAA Post Office in 2018 before becoming Global Television Coordinator last year.
CAA Elevate was revamped during the pandemic as an agent internship program to look more like an intensive mini-MBA program and less like a traditional postal service tour.
