This reality show is not the only project derived from the universe of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory have been announced. In March 2020, Netflix announced via a tweet That Taika Waititi was preparing two animated series located in this universe. The first is a new version of the story told by Roald Dahl and the second is a spin-off about the Oompa-Loompas.

However, the streaming service does not no more news on these two projects for a long time. We therefore do not know whether they are still relevant.
