Do you want to try to reduce the size of your belly by breathing? Start from this position!

  • Stand straight, feet shoulder-width apart. Take a deep breath and exhale slowly, trying to get as much into your stomach as possible
  • Hold your breath and spread your arms out to the sides. Now slowly lower the body to a position at right angles to the legs.
  • While remaining in this position, take a deep breath and freeze for 10 seconds.
  • Lift the body by engaging the abdominal muscles

In fact, this exercise is much more difficult to perform than it seems at first glance. But don’t even hesitate: the result will surprise you!
