Meditation is not difficult at all. Sit quietly and breathe – we do this every day. By meditating, you come back to yourself. Here are some tips to help you get started.
Designate a place in your bedroom or living room where you will always meditate. Here you can put a table with a candle or a vase of flowers.
Soft music will help create the right atmosphere
It is best to do yoga before meditation. No time – do some stretching. Take a shower. Put on light clothes, take off your shoes.
You can sit on a cushion on the floor. In extreme cases, a chair will do. Trying to lie down is not worth it: most likely you will fall asleep.
The meditation should begin with a series of 7 slow inhales and exhales that will free your thoughts and focus your attention.
5 minutes a day is enough to get started. If you feel tension or pain, know that you have exceeded your limits.
If suddenly thoughts like “Don’t forget to feed the cat!” or “Rrr, why can’t I calm down”, gently brush them aside.
Practice at the same time every day.
