The Suicide Squad (2021) spin-off series starring John Cena (Fast & Furious 10) returns as part of the new DC Cinematic Universe
James Gunn revealed, on its social networks, a premiere forecast for the second season of Peacemakerderived series of The Suicide Squad(2021) and starring John Cena (Fast & Furious 10).
According to the filmmaker, in conversation with fans on Threads, the new episodes of Peacemaker arrive at Max in 2025, after the debut of Supermanwhich will kick off the new DC Cinematic Universe and premieres in North American theaters on July 11.

In Peacemakerthe controversial hero, who tries to maintain peace above all else, without caring how many people he has to kill to do so, is called upon for a new mission, to try to prevent a threat from putting the lives of many people at risk.
In addition to John Cenathe cast of the series also includes Viola Davis (The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes), Danielle Brooks (Orange is the New Black), Freddie Stroma (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince), Chris Conrad (Patriot), Chukwudi Iwuji (Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 3) and RobertPatrick (Terminator 2).
