Australian remake is produced by Prime Video, Amazon’s streaming platform, and stars comedian Felicity Ward
Prime Video has released the first trailer for the Australian version of The Officewhich premieres in October on the streaming platform and features, for the first time in more than twenty years, a female protagonist, played by the actress and comedian Felicity Ward (Wakefield).
What is the story of the new The Office?
In the story, Ward interprets Hannahhead of a branch of the packaging company Finley Craddick, who is surprised by the news that her office will be closed and everyone will have to work from home.
Desperate, she goes into survival mode, making promises she can’t keep, just to keep her “work family” together. Now, they all have to endure the schemes of Hannah as they work to achieve impossible goals set for them.
