Even before the premiere of the 3rd year, scheduled for 2025, Prime Video announced that Reacherseries starring Alan Ritchson (Fast & Furious 10) and based on the work of Lee Childis renewed for a 4th season.
The news comes a week after the streaming platform announced that Reacherwill gain a derivative series, called The Untitled Neagley Project and starring Maria Sten (Big Sky), which returns as Frances Neagleyintroduced in the second season.
What is the story of Reacher?
Reacher follows the story of Jack Reacher (Ritchson), a veteran military police investigator, who recently entered civilian life and is directionless. In the 1st season, the character needed to prove his innocence after being accused of murder; and, in the 2nd year, he investigated the mysterious murders of members of his former army unit.
The next episodes, which do not yet have a confirmed release date, are based on the seventh book in the series. Lee Child, Persuadein which Reacher must go undercover to rescue an informant held by an enemy from his past.
In addition to Alan Ritchson and Maria Stenthe 3rd season will feature the participation of Anthony Michael Hall (War Machine), Sonya Cassidy (The Man Who Fell to Earth), Brian Tee (Expatriates), Johnny Berchtold (The Little Things in Life), Robert Montesinos (We Bought a Zoo), Daniel David Stewart (Catch-22) and Olivier Richters (Black Widow).
