A few days ago, the streaming platform launched the Australian version of the sitcom, which featured the franchise’s first female protagonist
Just days after releasing an Australian version of The Officewhich brought the first female protagonist in the history of the franchise, Prime Video is already working on a new remake of sitcom created by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant. The information is from Variety.
The novelty, which was called La Oficinawill be located in Aguascalientes, Mexico, and will show the routine of an office at a soap company, Sabonetes Olimpo, in which employees need to deal with the management of an heir to the family business, Jerónimo Ponce IIIwhich does not appear to have been made for the position.
This will be the 14th adaptation of The Officewhich became more famous in its American version, shown between 2005 and 2013. The production starred Steve Carell (The Morning Show) as michael scottthe unstable manager of a paper company in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Check out a preview:

On October 17th, Prime Video launched the Australian version of The Office. In the story, the actress and comedian Felicity Ward (Wakefield) interprets Hannahhead of a branch of the packaging company Finley Craddick, who is surprised by the news that her office will be closed and everyone will work from home.
Desperate, she goes into survival mode, making promises she can’t keep, just to keep her “work family” together. Now everyone has to endure the plots of Hannah as they work to achieve impossible goals set for them. Watch the new trailer, which is now available in full on streaming:
