The Latin Recording Academy has released a new work to commemorate 25 years of the Latin Grammys, titled “Latin Grammy Sessions: 25 Years”.

This exclusive series includes conversations between five established artists and young talentswho came together to reinterpret iconic songs from their career.

The recordings, which include musical performances and lectures, are available only on Facebook and offer a unique opportunity to see how generations of Latin musicians intersect.

The artists have been carefully selected to reflect the diversity and evolution of Latin music throughout these 25 years. Among the most notable duets are that of Gilberto Gil and João Gomes, who recorded “Palco”, and that of Juanes and Gale, who perform “Es Por Ti”.

Likewise, Carlos Vives and Goyo came together to record “Volví A Nacer”; while Chucho Valdés and Cimafunk (with his group La Tribu) performed “Mambo Influenciado”.

Finally, Mon Laferte and Bruses recorded “Amor Completo”.

The project also closes the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Latin Grammys, which included a series of special events in various cities such as Los Angeles, Buenos Aires and Mexico City.
