Former MSNBC anchor and political commentator Keith Olbermann is launching a new podcast series on iHeartMedia.
daily podcast, Countdown with Keith Olbermann, will feature a mix of news, including the political analysis of Olbermann’s “Special Commentary” and its “Worst Man in the World” segment, features of Olbermann’s previous MSNBC show of the same name. It’s the latest addition to iHeartMedia from a big name as the company continues to add original podcasts. In June, Martha Stewart signed a deal with the company to host a “talk show style” podcast. Bloomberg announced five new podcasts in 2022 in partnership with iHeartMedia. And Katie Couric, already a podcaster at iHeartMedia, announced a new limited series exploring abortion across the country.
