  • Get on all fours and put something soft under your knees – all movements will be done in this position
  • Raise the right leg so that the knee forms a right angle to the body
  • Stretch your toes upwards then return to a right angle position.
  • Repeat the lifts 20 times, then lift your leg and hold for 20-30 seconds
  • Do the same complex on the left leg and repeat if desired.

By the way, this exercise has a slightly different variant, which can also be included in a mini workout at home. Do not lift the bent leg, but bring it to the side, parallel to the body, and after 20-30 repetitions, hold it in the air for about half a minute in the same way.
