Jesse & Joy Premiere “What We Boutend to Say”, his new album

Jesse & Joy has launched “What We misses say say”, his most intimate and ambitious album so far.

Recorded between five cities (London, New York, Los Angeles, Bogotá and Mexico) and produced by Multipremiado Martin Terefe with Jesse, the album is a kind of emotional card that crosses life contrasts between two cultures and speaking more than one language with the heart.

This new work does not seek to follow trends, but to say truths. The Mexican duo brought together big names such as Carlos Vives, Banda Ms, Elsa and Elmar, Eden Muñoz and the producer Poo Bear To create an album that moves freely between genres without losing its essence.

The central theme, “wask the elbow”, with Carlos Vives, combines melancholy and celebration in a song that focuses on vulnerability with a mixture of tenderness and irony.

Throughout their careers, Jesse & Joy has maintained their uncompromising artistic identity. This album reflects this coherence, the mixture of influences that go from soul to the Mexican region, with winks to Anglo Pop and the song of the author.
