Agreement between studios ends battle for streaming contracts from the animated series South Park
Paramount Global and Warner Bros. Discovery reached an agreement that ends the judicial dispute over the show’s display rights South park in the United States. The information was confirmed by the two companies on Wednesday, 23.

According to the complaint, Paramount would have diverted part of the content to its own platform, Paramount+, which generated the legal conflict. In response, Paramount accused Warner of default and also presented a process.
With the new agreement, the two companies claim that the dispute was resolved friendly, without disclosing the financial terms involved. “We are pleased to have resolved this issue and eager to work together in the future”declared the studios in a joint note.
