Argentine folklore is going through a new era and The Tabaleros They are at the forefront of this revolution. The group releases “Everything is Folklore”, an EP which combines roots and rebellion, mixing tradition, humor and rock energy.
The work is not just a musical release, but an artistic statement that defies labels and celebrates the country’s sonic diversity.
With a fresh and provocative look, Los Tabaleros continue to carve their own path within alternative folklore. “Everything is Folklore” was designed as a sort of audiovisual “first season” inspired by 1960s television. Retro settings, absurd humor and analog aesthetics combine in a tribute full of color and nostalgia.
The project has the special participation of Fabio Albertiwhich brings its characteristic character and completes the group’s playful universe.
Between televisual winks and festive spirit, Los Tabaleros show that folklore can mutate without losing its essence, opening a space where the past and the present dance to the same rhythm.
The EP includes luxury collaborations. In “Hielo, vino y coca”, with Los Caligaris, the group encourages itself through its beginnings as a quartet, with an ode to agitation, friendship and popular celebration. In “Camera de Leather,” with Las Pastillas del Abuelo, they fuse folklore and rock in an electric cueca full of emotion.
The closing comes with “Escalera”, an encounter with Los Nocheros which symbolizes the union between generations.
