Sylvester Stallone’s wife Jennifer Flavin Stallone has filed for divorce after 25 years of marriage.
The petition was filed last week in Palm Beach, Florida, where the couple own a home.
She is seeking exclusive use of her Florida home (they have another in California) and has asked to change her name to Jennifer Flavin. She also demands a larger share of her assets, claiming that the actor deliberately squandered money that should have been available to him.
Stallone has yet to respond to the divorce petition and has not returned an email to a representative seeking comment.
The couple’s three daughters are all adults, so there are no custody issues.
Sylvester Stallone, 76, star Stone s Rambo Franchises, in 1997 in London married Jennifer Stallone, 54 years old, businessman and former model.
They dated for several years in the late 1980s and early 1990s before breaking up and later reconciling.
This was the third marriage for Sylvester Stallone, who married her for the last time. Rock IV Bridget Nielsen from 1985 to 1987. This was Jennifer Stallone’s first marriage.
