Universal Pictures released the official trailer for The fire startsmovie with Zac Efronnew adaptation of the thriller’s classic Stephen King of producers de The Invisible Man. A girl with extraordinary pyrokinetic powers fights to protect her family and herself from evil forces that seek to capture and control her.

For more than ten years, Andy’s parents (Zac Efron; Ted Bundy – Criminal Charm; The Greatest Showman) and Vicky (Sydney Lemmon; Fear the Walking Dead, Succession) flees, desperately trying to hide their son Charlie (Ryan Kiera Armstrong; American Horror Story: Double Feature, War of Tomorrow) from a vague federal agency that wants to use its unprecedented gift to turn gunfire into a weapon of mass destruction.

Andy taught Charlie how to defuse his power, caused by anger or pain. But when Charlie is 11 years old, the fire becomes harder and harder to control. After an accident will reveal the location of the family, a mysterious agent (Michael Greyeyes; The Wild Indian, Rutherford Falls) is sent to hunt down the family and capture Charlie once and for all. But Charlie has a different plan.

The Firestarter soundtrack consists of the legendary John Carpenter (Halloween, Christine, Fog) and Halloween franchise composers Cody Carpenter and Daniel Davies.
