Eyewitnesses noted the intimate atmosphere of the ceremony, cozy location and simple farm menu. On the eve of a significant day, journalists noticed that the couple was beginning to prepare the house in Los Angeles for the celebration: workers installed chairs and tables for 60 people and outdoor heaters around the pool, decorators decorated the space with garlands, trucks and other vehicles began to flock to the residence.
