How to determine the age of your breasts: a little mirror test

In order to test for age-related breast ptosis, you must undress and insert each side of the mirror. Pay attention to how the nipple is located relative to the inframammary fold. It is by this parameter that the deformation of the bust is evaluated.

  • If the nipple of the breast is located above the fold, everything is in order – your bust keeps a good shape

  • If the nipple is at the same level as the inframammary fold, there is a mild form of ptosis.
  • But if the nipple is located below the fold, the ptosis has a more pronounced shape, and in this case surgical correction is necessary.
