Snack: between main meals, eat up to 60 grams of nuts throughout the day. Such a tasty and nutritious snack will help prevent the formation of visceral fat around the internal organs.
Dinner: the best option for lunch would be a fat-burning salad consisting of two cups of chopped greens, half a yellow pepper, half a glass of cauliflower, half a glass of green beans, half a glass of cucumbers and the same portion of cherry tomatoes. As a dressing, use a sauce made from one tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of vinegar. Dessert is also allowed: choose raspberries or other fibrous fruits as a treat.
Dinner: For dinner, a Hollywood nutritionist recommends eating half a glass of whole grains, supplementing them with 80 grams of lean meat and unlimited non-starchy vegetables. The prohibited list includes simple carbohydrates and starches: for example, rice or potatoes.
