2. She washes her face twice at night.

The morning passes in the routine are compensated for in the evening. Before bed, Kate devotes more time to effectively cleansing her skin after a long day. According to the actress, it is important to eliminate the pollution that accumulates during the day.

“I wash my face twice at night. And sometimes I spray my face, but not every day – two or three times a week,” she says.

3. She is passionate about pure beauty.

The skin is our body’s largest organ and everything we put on it can impact our overall health. Hudson admits that she didn’t always pay attention to the ingredients in the skincare products she used. However, after learning about the potential dangers of certain chemicals, such as parabens, she took a more conscious approach and is careful about what she uses for her makeup and skincare.

Also, Kate does not abuse cosmetics at all – the actress prefers light makeup with minimal funds.

4. She does low-intensity workouts

Regular exercise can help detoxify your skin, prevent premature aging and improve the radiance of your complexion. But according to Hudson, you don’t need to sweat in the gym to reap these benefits for your skin.

“I don’t believe in overwork. I like the low load. I do yoga and Pilates every day. I’m the type of person who takes the stairs instead of the elevator. Our bodies have to work, but you don’t have to do everything like running away from tigers,” she said.
