Sunburn draws fluid to the skin’s surface and away from the rest of the body, so extra alcohol consumption will prevent dehydration.
Try an oatmeal bath
It may sound strange, but oatmeal baths are great for soothing and protecting inflamed, itchy skin. Grind a cup of rolled oats in a blender and add it to a bath of lukewarm water. Sit comfortably and relax for 15 minutes making sure the skin is completely covered with water.
