Limit contact with water, sand and other aggressive factors
We don’t always realize what tests we put our nails through on a daily basis – but to no avail! We harm them, among other things, through frequent contact with water during daily household chores. When moisture enters the nail, the cells expand and then suddenly contract. This process leads to a weakening of the plate: as a result, the nails exfoliate more and break more often.
Household chemicals serve as an additional test. The ingredients that make up cleaning products aggressively affect the nails and cuticles, robbing them of their natural nutrition. A good solution would be to use household gloves when cleaning or washing dishes. By the way, you can also go to the beach with gloves for maximum protection (by the way, Kim Kardashian has already done that!).

Nails also need protection. Choose comfortable beach shoes and give up the pleasant habit of digging your feet into the sand. Frequent contact with a fine abrasive leads to drying of the cuticle and the formation of chips on the nails.
Also, if possible, reduce your stay in bodies of water. After disembarking, do not forget to wet your hands and feet with a towel, lubricate them with a moisturizer containing ceramides, hyaluronic acid or lanolin in the composition, then apply a screen solar on the area around the plate.
