Very soon we all have to go through the seasonal hot water shutdown. If you don’t have a boiler at home and you’re already planning on getting out some big pots and a tub, write down this nutrition tip. It affects the sweating process and makes you need less shower.

The summer water stoppage always occurs unexpectedly. It seems that during these two weeks we sweat particularly. And finally we realize what bliss it is to just be able to stand under the pressure of hot water for five minutes.

In modern realities, surviving a hot water outage is easier than before. Some take a shower in a fitness club (where they suddenly start going more often), others go to the hairdresser to wash their hair, and someone constantly uses wet wipes.

Of course, in hot summer weather it is simply impossible not to sweat. However, in your power to reduce sweating – if you can make some changes in your diet.
