I bet you sometimes also feel sorry for giving your hard-earned money to a manicure? We are sure that such a problem is familiar to girls all over the world! Let’s see how much foreign women are willing to pay for a manicure – and where it is most profitable to do it.

It is generally accepted that the Russian nail industry is one of the most developed and accessible in the world. Nevertheless, we are sometimes a little annoyed by the prices charged in beauty salons. Especially when you consider that manicures need to be done regularly, and skipping an appointment once or twice when you have polish on your nails is not an option.

And what about the state of the nail industry in other countries? We did a little beauty research on this.

Prices, of course, vary: after all, there is no limit to the imagination and skill of nail artists. Therefore, we compared the average prices for the most complex posts, without a super sophisticated design.

Europe

  • France – 20-50 euros (2,123 – 5,300 rubles at the current exchange rate)
  • Netherlands – 55-70 euros (5,842 – 7,436 rubles)
  • Latvia – from 17 euros (1,800 rubles)
  • Germany – from 38 euros (4,035 rubles)
  • Italy – 25-45 euros (2,650 – 4,770 rubles)
  • Spain – 30-35 euros (3,115 – 3,600 rubles)
  • Switzerland – 40-70 euros (4,150 – 7,260 rubles)

Asia

  • China – 120-150 yuan (1,620 – 2,027 rubles)
  • Thailand – 800 baht (2,200 rubles)
  • South Korea – 65,000 won or 50 dollars (4,800 rubles)
  • Singapore – 15 Singapore dollars (1,075 rubles)

Other countries

  • USA – 40-60 dollars (3,700 – 5,680 rubles)
  • Canada – $50 (4,700 rubles)
  • Dubai – 80-100 dirhams (2,060 – 2,580 rubles)
