  • approach the wall with your back, spread your arms to the sides and clasp them at the elbows;
  • press firmly against the wall with 4 main points: buttocks, shoulder blades, elbows and back of the head;
  • look straight ahead and start raising and lowering your forearms so that the shoulders themselves are still snug against the wall;
  • then turn the head several times to the right and to the left, without lifting the back of the head from the wall;
  • do the exercise for 2-3 minutes every day.
