How to prepare breakfast to lose weight:
- Prepare a ripe avocado, a tomato, half a tablespoon of lemon juice, a tablespoon of chopped coriander or any other herb, chopped red onion and 2 slices of wholemeal bread.
- Toast the bread in a toaster or skillet until golden brown.
- Mash the avocado pulp in a bowl and add the finely chopped tomato.
- Add the lemon juice, onion, coriander, a pinch of salt and pepper to the avocado and tomato, then mix everything well.
- Spread the resulting dough evenly on the bread and enjoy a delicious and satisfying breakfast!
- By the way, the bread can be replaced with any bread, except rice bread, and as a garnish, instead of avocado and tomatoes, you can use canned tuna in its own juice in combination with Greek yogurt.
