When summer comes, I want to quickly change into light clothes. But it often happens that last year’s outfits start to sit a little worse, and a goal is immediately born in my head – to urgently get in shape, go on a diet, do fitness every day. But you don’t need to immediately cut off your shoulder and spoil your mood with diets. You can easily start the transformation by introducing a couple of good habits into your life.
Habit 1
The very first step is desire, your own motivation and inspiration. I repeat, your desire will work wonders, you will get high from the process and be surprised at the result. Prepare your apartment for your transformation. Remove all the little things from the wardrobe, remove all too harmful products that, by their appearance, will provoke you to eat them. Trite, but it works: if I don’t see it, I don’t want to. Ask your family to support you.
Habit 2
Start keeping a food diary, write down all foods and drinks too. Many applications allow you to do this easily and quickly. This will help you estimate your calorie intake and see at a glance which foods are not helping you lose weight. Summer is a great time to unload food, there are a large number of fresh vegetables, fruits, greens. Try to reduce foods with heat treatment (fried, baked), it is better to steam.

Habit 3
An equally important step is a large amount of water. I emphasize “big” because usually people drink little water. You need to choose ordinary water without gas, not boiled, but mineral. In boiled water, all the necessary minerals from salt are killed. Tea, coffee, soup, compote, other drinks are liquid. Our body is 80% water. It needs to be replenished daily. This prevents excessive swelling and guarantees good functioning of the kidneys, liver, stomach, and intestines.

In addition to the fact that you need to include water in the diet, you need to exclude alcohol. But, if you decide to allow yourself a glass of wine, follow the rule: for one serving of alcohol – three glasses of water. So you reduce the negative effect of alcohol on the body.

Habit 5
Increase your activity. And this is not about grueling workouts at all, even a simple walk in the fresh air will benefit. The goal is to walk 15-20,000 steps a day. Phones, watches can track it. Everything is simple. If you have a desire to work out in the gym, take a coach, discuss all the goals and objectives, health restrictions. Then you will select effective workouts and exercises for the fastest results.
Habit 6
Try joining a nutrition project or marathon. For example, a project of three habits, the task of which is to instill in yourself 3 habits within a month. Drink more than 2 liters of water per day, go to bed before 00:00 and do not eat foods that contain sugar. Simple and easy. The project has a group of people or individual management. There are also projects that already include training and nutrition on an individual basis, based on personal goals and health status. There will be control, motivation. The period is only one month.

Habit 7
If you attend holidays or meetings in a restaurant, relax with friends in a bar, I recommend using the principle of two courses. Moreover, one of them is a must-have appetizer. And then the second – the main thing. The rest of the time it is better to drink warm water, eat menthol sweets without sugar or chewing gum. Calmly continue the evening and the conversation at the table.

A habit is developed in 21 days. That is, any action that is performed for 21 days at a certain time will definitely develop into a habit on a regular basis, without strain (for example, after waking up, drink 1 glass of water). Changing your lifestyle, diet and certain habits seem, at first glance, drastic and require maximum effort and restrictions. But this is not so, everyone can be convinced of this.
