The huge luxurious space, ultra-modern, although stylized by the architectural bureau of Alexander Parkin under Art Deco, impresses with aesthetic details, non-standard lighting system and a memorable interior aroma. In the Iset Tower, the focus is primarily on those who live in premium apartments, whose comfort must certainly be supplemented by infrastructure of the same level – from restaurants and shops to a fitness club and spa. All these areas were originally included in the project, including a fitness club with a large semi-circular pool. Designed like a five-star hotel, 8-meter ceilings and panoramic windows with stunning views are designed to create a feeling of relaxation in a real seaside resort for the residents of the club.

Members of the club will be able to visit the author’s workouts in a large group program studio, have a personal session with an experienced instructor in the gym, relax in a spacious thermal complex with baths and saunas from all over the world, enjoy the services of a multifunctional spa complex, and end the day with a delicious, but right lunch at Encore Cafe by Breadway.
We have created a large-scale project that will become a source of energy and inspiration for many. Encore is not just a place for training, but the so-called “third home”, where you can comfortably devote the whole day to yourself or spend time with loved ones, – says Irina Kutyina, founder and managing partner of Encore Fitness.

The large gym and cardio area is equipped with the latest line of equipment from Life Fitness and Hammer Strength, including PowerMil steps and the latest Insignia series of load-bearing machines. Next door is a functional training area, a separate stretching area, and a martial arts area with boxing bags. The group program studio offers a wide range of workouts, from Butt Workout to improve the shape of the gluteal muscles and ending with Core Blend to strengthen the entire muscle core. Featuring yoga, Pilates, Antigravity, Bodybalance by Les Mills and meditation sessions, the light-filled Balance Studio offers mesmerizing views of the city, or you can immerse yourself in the projection screen for audiovisual immersion. The pool area is breathtaking – it looks so unusual as if a multi-tiered structure of metal chains floating above the water, through which warm light flows.
Like other clubs in the chain, the new space is equipped with a smart Face ID entry system, and instead of the classic entry cards, club members have personal bracelets that can also be used as a locker key in the locker room and an online wallet. Encore is fully adapted to the MyZone heart rate reading system, which is used in almost all classes.
