How often in the modern world we hear the phrase “I’m stressed.” Everyone characterizes it in their own way. For some, this is insomnia, for someone, malaise, bad mood, drowsiness – all this is a response to external stimuli. Stress is a combination of many reactions in the body, and very often ailments in the body can be the consequences of stress. Everyone has heard about stress, but how do you deal with it?
Revealing this state in yourself is quite simple: you have a frantic stream of thoughts in your head, you don’t want anything, you don’t know what to want, a state of tension, helplessness, a constant busy work schedule. Our task is to learn how to relax in the city, which is extremely difficult, but, nevertheless, possible.

Here are some easy ways to deal with stress:
- If before going to bed you have a stream of thoughts in your head, in order to free it, just take a piece of paper and write them down. This will help clear your head.
- Take a hot bath, you can add relaxing aroma oils of lavender, vanilla, ylang-ylang and others that are most pleasant for you. After the bath, drink hot herbal tea with chamomile and motherwort. But do not add green or black tea to the base – they invigorate. Try to use only herbs.
- Before going to bed, ventilate the room well. The room must be cool. After that, lie down in bed, close your eyes and imagine that you are in a quiet place, hear the rustle of leaves, the murmur of water, raindrops. You can turn on music with these sounds.

All these procedures will take you about 2 hours, during which time your nervous system, visual center, and head will be relaxed. The most important thing: you need to put your phone away and put it on silent mode, do not watch TV. Try to isolate yourself from bright pictures as much as possible, they excite your nervous system, after which it is extremely difficult to fall asleep. As you know, our body obeys circadian rhythms, certain hormones are produced at every hour of sleep to restore our organs and the central nervous system. The quality of sleep is almost 100% the success of your wonderful well-being.
In addition to quality sleep, add physical activity to your life. Whether you’re walking before bed or heading to the park after work, slow down, enjoy the birdsong, and think about what you can be thankful for this day. Choose a sports club, a studio where there is yoga, Pilates, balance – all these lessons will help you relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of the working day. Research scientists have repeatedly proven that moderate exercise helps relieve stress, after a workout comes euphoria associated with the production of endorphin, the hormone of joy. In addition, playing sports increases self-esteem, which also helps a wonderful mood.

Take care of yourself, love yourself, do fitness, enjoy the world and yourself! All this will bring you the harmony of life and peace. If these simple methods did not help you, then there is another way. Take a vacation and fly away on a trip!
