  • repeat the exercise for 10 minutes and don’t forget to force your abdominals the whole time;
  • the last stage of the load: when inhaling, round the stomach, and when exhaling, bend over, exhale as much as possible, pull in the stomach and hold your breath;
  • slowly straighten up and count to 8, do gymnastics slowly so as not to feel dizzy out of habit; repeat the exercises for 3 minutes.
