Tummy and hips can be hidden behind competent styles and corrective underwear. And this non-obvious part of the body betrays its imperfection even in clothes – so we all need to pay more attention to it.

Many women go to great lengths to look younger. They diet and exercise, choose the right wardrobe and use anti-aging cosmetics – both for the face and for the body.

Meanwhile, most forget about one of the most non-obvious areas of the body, which instantly spoils the impression of the whole image – the upper arms.

For most of us, the upper arms look flabby and twitch unattractively with the slightest movement. What’s important remains even for those who train regularly: after all, in a bunch of exercises for the press, legs and buttocks, it’s so easy to forget about the triceps!

Sometimes, due to the increased flaccidity of the arms, it is inconvenient to wear sleeveless clothes. But often, even under the tissues, you can see how easily the weak shoulder area is set in motion.

Of course, strengthening your arms is not an easy task and requires regular repetition of exercises. And yet, try to pay more attention to it – at least 5-10 minutes between chores.

By the way, many women forget about special care for the upper part of the hands – then they are surprised at the appearance of “goosebumps” in this area. As you can see, the hands require no less attention than any other part of the body. They also affect our attractive appearance, such as, for example, a toned belly or a neat neckline.
