Television presenter Cat Deeley, 49, and her estranged husband, comedian Patrick Kielty, 55, have slashed £250,000 off the asking price of their north London home after abandoning plans to renovate the property.
The couple, who separated last year following 13 years of marriage, are now advertising the Hampstead house for sale through estate agent Savills for £5million. They originally purchased the property as a renovation project in 2022 with intentions to give it a "Los Angeles feel," but work was halted after their marriage broke down. The pair, who share two sons, never spent a single night in the house.

In addition to lowering the asking price, Savills has updated its sales brochure to remove the phrase "poor condition." The listing now promises prospective buyers that "the existing building is identified as a positive building." Pictures previously published by the Mail had depicted the site in an "abandoned" state.
Earlier this summer, Deeley posted a picture of herself in a bikini on a sit-on lawnmower. Sources disclosed in July that Deeley and Kielty realized the major structural overhaul was too demanding for either of them to complete individually.

"It was with a heavy heart that Cat and Patrick decided to halt the work," said a source close to the couple. "It's heartbreaking. They put a lot of time into it and had an amazing vision not just for what the house would look like, but that their boys would grow up there."
Lila Moss raids mother Kate's wardrobe
Model Lila Moss, 23, appears to have inherited more than just her mother Kate Moss's modelling talent, as she has recently been seen wearing outfits reminiscent of her mother's famous 2000s style. Posing in a selfie wearing barely-there shorts, the young model closely mirrored her mother's leggy looks from her modelling heyday.

Kate Moss, 52, famously established micro shorts as an iconic festival fashion choice, notably pairing them with Hunter Wellington boots while attending the Glastonbury Festival. While Lila has not adopted her mother's famous party-heavy lifestyle, her recent wardrobe choices highlight a strong stylistic similarity.
Tilly Ramsay cooking show cancelled
Television chef Tilly Ramsay's attempt to build a broadcast career in cooking has suffered a setback following the cancellation of her Amazon Prime Video show, Dish It Out. The 24-year-old presenter, who is the daughter of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, will not be returning to screens for a second series after production executives decided to end the show after one season.

Following decisions by show insiders to stop production after the first series, Ramsay was overheard speaking about the television project in the past tense. "That was amazing," she said, "a real learning experience." Representatives for the Ramsay family were contacted for comment regarding the show's conclusion.

"I have something important tomorrow and I can't have a big hand for it," Woodall lamented regarding the visible swelling. She added: "One hand is lovely. The other is huge."

Former Made in Chelsea star Jamie Laing has revealed plans to remove his family's digital footprint once his young son grows older. Laing, 37, currently documents his personal life and fatherhood journey alongside his wife Sophie Habboo, 31, on a Disney+ reality series, but he admitted concerns over how their baby son, Ziggy, will view their public openness.

"When Ziggy hits five I'm deleting our history from the internet," Laing declared. Habboo voiced similar sentiments about their public exposure, adding: "He's going to be ashamed of us. Four more years and we've got to vanish."

Leonardo DiCaprio party encounter
Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio, 51, was on the receiving end of a sharp comeback from Liberty Shaw, the business partner of singer Ed Sheeran, during a party following the Met Gala in New York.
The exchange followed an earlier incident at a Cannes Film Festival gathering, where a member of DiCaprio's entourage called security on Shaw and claimed she was "too ugly" to be present around the Oscar winner. When DiCaprio later approached Shaw at the New York party to ask if she had attended the Cannes event, she delivered a prompt response, telling him: "No, I was too ugly to go!"
