Model Andressa Urach said on Wednesday (2/15) that businessman Thiago Lopes has not yet won custody of her son Leon, because the case has not gone to trial. In a video posted on YouTube, she added that she had filed a precautionary measure against her ex-husband.
On Tuesday (14/2), the entrepreneur celebrated his presumed victory in the lawsuit on social networks. According to him, the decision made his day happier, as he would “free himself from captivity”.
Lopes highlighted the victory the following day, in an interview with journalist Alessandro Lobianco. In the conversation, the businessman confirmed that he had won the custody process and that the model would have to pay Leon a pension.
“He told me, ‘I got final custody, the judge […] not only did she grant me custody, but Andressa Urach will have to start paying child support immediately.” According to Tiago, the evidence that justice presented would have been so damning against Andressa, that they didn’t even define the visit for her,” said Lo-bianco in the program “A Tarde é Sua”, who also made contact with the model , but she countered her ex-husband’s version.
Andressa, in turn, clarified that the legal battle is still ongoing. On YouTube, the model provided more details. “I’m going through a very difficult phase. “What he celebrates is that I also asked for the precautionary measure for Leon, since he puts my life at risk, apart from the offenses he has given me and I have them all recorded. I went to the police to report him”.
The model, awaiting the final verdict of the judge, reiterated that Lopes does not allow her to get close to her son. “He won’t let me see Leon and claims he has a protective measure, that he can’t get close to me. There is a lot of reluctance on his part to let me see Leon. But I’m calm, with a clear conscience, and now it’s time to wait for justice, I don’t want confusion,” he said.
Lastly, Andressa Urach said she hopes Leon will understand the whole situation when he’s older. She hopes her son won’t be manipulated by his father. “Leonzinho will grow up soon, he will understand and be able to make his own decisions,” she said.
