The tycoon Elon Musk has submitted a request to the American court to assume responsibility and recognize the paternity of the three children he had with his ex-girlfriend Grimes, according to confidential documents obtained by the American website Insider. The trial began in Texas on September 7, and Grimes was notified on September 13.
Musk filed a request to take responsibility for the children, since the former couple did not legally formalize their marital relationship. The owner’s initiative calls for recognition of kinship with the children, as well as custody and a ban on moving the minors out of California. According to the American tabloid Page Six, Grimes’ case was sent to the Californian court on September 29, that is, at Musk’s request.
The former couple intends to acknowledge the paternity of three children: X Æ A-Xii, nicknamed X; Exa Dark Sideræl, also known as Y; and Techno Mechanicus Musk, nicknamed Tau.

Musk’s lawsuit alleges that Grimes fled Texas to escape local jurisdiction. She claims she lived with him and the children in the state between May and July of this year. Musk is asking that the dispute be resolved in secret to protect the identity and health of everyone involved. A hearing was scheduled for last Friday (6/10), but it was canceled after the parties agreed to reach an agreement, according to a source consulted by Insider.
