The person in charge of the church, Monsignor Gigantiello, was relieved of his duties because he knew the contents of the film. In a statement, he said that “the effort to further strengthen the bonds between the young creative artists who make up much of this community (…) I sincerely and deeply regret the incident that occurred and for any distress that my actions may have caused.”
