The exposure of Gianecchini’s alleged intimate video generates indignation and irony

Producing and disseminating an intimate photo or video without the knowledge and authorization of the exposed person is, in addition to being morally despicable, a crime.

The accused can be accused of slander and defamation (articles 139 and 140 of the penal code) and is also subject to law 13.718, which provides punishment for anyone who exposes a sex scene “without the consent of the victim”. There is also room for civil action for compensation for moral damages.
