Country singer Romeu Januário, better known to fans as Milionário, suffered an ischemic stroke and was rushed to hospital
According to information from TV Tem, Globo affiliate in Sorocaba, the singer was hospitalized in intensive care and underwent a series of tests to investigate a possible brain hemorrhage.
On social media, the artist’s daughter, Joana Matos, explained to fans that everything would be fine: “It wasn’t a hemorrhagic stroke, don’t worry. It was due to all the stress he went through and that we went through during the week. Thank you for everyone’s attention. I just left the hospital, he’s already talking a lot and but he wants to go. He is in intensive care to be cared for better”he revealed.
It is worth mentioning that José Rico’s ex-couple has already had health problems in the past. In 2015 he had to undergo heart surgery due to a spike in stress.
