Diddy case: the rapper’s trial is set for May 5th


Sean Combs is accused of sex trafficking and other crimes; he pleaded not guilty in court

An American federal judge ruled that the trial of Sean “Diddy” Combscharged with sex trafficking and other crimes, is scheduled to begin May 5, 2025.

The rapper, who pleaded not guilty in court, is also accused of illicit association and aiding and abetting prostitution. According to the international press, if found guilty of all three charges, Diddy could be sentenced to life in prison.

Combs is in prison in New York after two bail requests were rejected by the courts. For the judges, the star would represent a risk to the safety of the community and the witnesses in the case.
