Alexandre Frota and Facebook were condemned to eliminate a video recorded by the former actor during an inspection that performed in a public hospital in the city of Cotia, Greater San Paolo. In the decision, the judge realized that the fleet was missing respect and embarrassed the doctor. The fleet can still appeal to court.

In addition to the fine, the judge also established that the former actor does not mention the doctor in new publications on social networks. The magistrate understood that Alexandre Frota has the right to make inspections in public agencies, but should not intimidate workers when they do it.

“Any new inspection by the interested party must be respectful, without intimidation of local workers with recordings and, above all, observing the rules of the inspected place – which has not been observed in cutting the videos indicated above,” says the decision.
