Murilo Huff obtained the provisional guard of his son, Leo, 5, the result of his relationship with Marília Mendonça. The singer had an audience with Dona Ruth, the boy’s maternal grandmother, at the Goiânia civil forum, Monday 30.

According to Goiás’ record, Murilo Huff and Dona Ruth did not reach an agreement during the hearing. Therefore, the judge established that the compatriot will be with his son’s provisional guard until the end of the trial.

Marília Mendonça’s mother spoke of the process on social networks. “I have always taken care of the well -being of my nephew. From the day he was born to date, he never missed love, you’re careful,” he said.

“As for Leo’s legacy, they can be sure that it is very well protected, even subjected to responsibility in the inventory of the activities that my daughter has left and is still in progress,” added Dona Ruth.

Leo’s grandmother also accused Murilo of never having paid food to her son. The compatriot contrasted this judicial procedure and showed proof of the payment of the expenses of his son, such as school, the payment of employees and the medical agreement.
