The Flordelis case will win a documentary on Globoplay. The platform announced on Monday 31st that the production “Flordelis: Questions or Adora” will arrive in the catalog on Friday 4 November.
According to Mariana Jaspe, screenwriter and director of “Flordelis”, in addition to diving into the investigation into the murder of Anderson Carmo, husband of the former deputy, the series addresses the complexities of this family in an exciting timeline that lasted thirty years. . “How did this all start? How was this family formed? Where did these people come from? Where did they go? Who was part of this trajectory? How did they get here? These are the questions we try to answer in the six episodes”, concludes Mariana.
The script was built on the basis of research into Flordelis and Anderson’s past, interviews with family members, police officers, witnesses, the couple’s political strategist, journalists who covered their trajectory, and characters who were part of the family’s past.
Carolina Heringer, journalist of the newspaper O Globo, was one of the professionals involved in the investigation of the work, together with Thiago Prado. “I have always tried, since the time of the crime, to investigate this case in parallel with that of the police, mainly to understand the complexities of the family and to have a broader vision, not limited to that of the official investigation. space to tell this story expands into the audiovisual. The crime
The year was 2019. Flordelis’s intense routine has been absorbed by his commitments as deputy federal, successful gospel singer, pastor of his “Flordelis Ministry” church and his 55 children. The whole organization of her manifold routine was only possible thanks to the work of Anderson do Carmo, who, in addition to being her husband, was the great articulator of her in politics and in her life.
On June 16, 2019, after returning from a romantic evening, Anderson is shot and killed in the family home. Flordelis then claims that her husband was the victim of a robbery. The investigation, in turn, reveals impressive information, which is detailed throughout the docusserie.
