Authorities responded to a warrant and seized a shotgun after a man appeared dancing with a long gun on the artist’s Instagram
THE Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro served a mandate search and seizure of weapons Wednesday 4, after a man appeared dancing with a shotgun in a video posted on the rapper’s Instagram Orochi.
According to an investigation by the authorities, the shooting took place in a beach house in Geribá, in Búzios, in the Lagos region. With the support of the 127th DP (Armação de Búzios) and the Military Police, the action was carried out by the intelligence sector of the Desarme (Specialized Police Station for Weapons, Ammunition and Explosives).
Police found drugs and a camouflaged 12-gauge shotgun in the residence. The investigation found that the gun was the same as in the video.
The owner of the item works as Orochi’s security guard and the rifle has been registered in his name.
Police also interviewed the owner of the car in which the rifle was located, but Orochi was not in the same location. He was accosted by the authorities on a speedboat at Praia dos Ossos, in Búzios.
“The records of the residence’s internal security system have been seized and the investigations are continuing to clarify all the facts,” the Civil Police statement reads.
OR Stadium tried to contact the artist about a position, but has not received a response as of posting. The space remains open for the event.
